We would like to take this opportunity to honour our unsung heroes - the Nic & Wes foreign workers. The men who have left their countries to earn a living in order to support their families back home. The men who turn our designs into your realities. The men who work tirelessly to build the homes that we in turn enjoy. The men who have contributed to the growth of Nic & Wes for the past 18 years and counting. Did you know that some of our workers have been with us since Day 1! Take care of them and they will take care of you. We have a solid team of foreign workers and we would like to thank them for their service.

Disclaimer: The footage in this video was filmed last year pre-Covid. The clips taken consist of them at the worksite and at our annual Deepavali lunch where we come together as a team to celebrate them.

With our personal dorm, we have been able to control their living conditions and most importantly kept them safe.
