Sitting on a 1950 sq.ft. plot of land, this semi-detached property went through a reconstruction home journey to fit its four-person family. Opting for a black and white colonial charm, the home works in aesthetic paint and window features with the more modern nature of its three and a half storey profile.

Elongated ebony toned window profiles with lattice accents in French style brings that right balance of modernity and authentic old world appeal especially when opting for a theme such as colonial.

 

As the family consists of young children, the regulatory side setbacks have become a roomy outdoor play area for them whilst staying safe within the confines of the home.

 

The beauty of this home comes especially from the radiance of natural sunlight gleaming throughout. Photographing most of the home without flash was ideal.
