We recently celebrated Father’s Day and it was a little more special this year with an article on HerWorld featuring the first and second generation of Nic & Wes Builders. Nic & Wes Builders is named after founders Brian and Jude Kow’s two children, Nicole and Wesley. The company is not visioned to be the lifespan of a single-generation, but a legacy business. In 2010, Nicole joined the family business where she has learnt and continues to learn the ropes from the founders. Many in family businesses know the challenges that come with working with family, but it is quite the opposite with Nicole and Brian.
