Uchify feature: Bali-inspired landed home by Nic & Wes

Media Feature on Uchify

If you did not catch it, one of our Nic & Wes Lifestyle Homes was recently featured in Uchify’s social platforms. Uchify is an online platform that talks about all things related to the Singapore property market. They include house walkthroughs which is where the home of our founders Brian and Jude was featured. And because there was so much to film, Uchify had to break it into two parts together with an accompanying article.

A Lifestyle Home Inspired by Bali

To understand the core purpose of a Nic & Wes Lifestyle Home is to see it through the perspective of Brian and Jude in their home. Their home epitomises their ideas of lifestyle living. To be able to find an unusual plot of land and inject their favourite destination, Bali, into the overall design of the home. It was their vision to take an intermediate terrace home and maximise the potential it possessed. It was not about maximising space but mixing functionality and aesthetics into an environment that they identify with; this is what that differentiates a house from a home.

A home doesn’t have to appeal to everyone, but it should reflect your lifestyle and what you gravitate to so that it becomes a place you and your family can fully enjoy.
