A Milestone Achievement

May 11 2024 marked our founder, Brian Kow's first public sharing when he was invited to be part of the keynote line-up for the Property Lim Brothers' Landed Convention 2024. Held at Shangri-La Island Ballroom, the convention is aimed to bring homeowners and industry experts together to learn and share on all things related to the landed property arena.

Industry Connections and Partnerships

Amongst the vendor booths, it was also good to connect with complimentary businesses as well as showing our support for one of our long-term suppliers and family-owned business, Sapphire Windows who specialise in premium windows. With great complimentary businesses working hand-in-hand, we can all work together to give our clients an effective and enjoyable home-build experience.

Brian's Keynote Presentation

Brian shared his expertise on 'Landed Construction Economics: Costs for Reconstructions, Rebuilds, Additions & Alterations 2024', providing valuable insights to homeowners about the financial aspects of property development and renovation projects.

A Surreal Experience

Overall, being part of the convention this year, was a surreal experience as compared to being a spectator in PLB's inaugural convention that took place last year. We would also like to thank the PLB team for inviting us and being a lovely team to co-ordinate with as well as all who came down including some of our clients to show your support during Brian's keynote segment.

Looking Forward

This milestone represents not just Brian's first public speaking engagement, but also Nic & Wes' growing recognition in the industry. From spectators to keynote speakers in just one year - this progression reflects our commitment to sharing knowledge and contributing to the landed property community in Singapore.
