August marks a special milestone for us—our 23rd year in the industry. What began as a heartfelt mission to make the home-building journey simpler and more personal has grown into a legacy that continues to thrive today.

At the core of Nic & Wes is a dedicated team—many of whom have been with us from the early days. Through the ups and downs, they’ve remained steadfast, allowing us to deliver on our promise of service excellence time and time again. Just last month, we received two glowing testimonials from clients who entrusted us with their homes. Their words reaffirm our commitment: to make the journey of creating a home not only fulfilling but joyful.

Our story started with the homeowner in mind—and 23 years later, that hasn’t changed. Every project is a collaboration, not just to build a house, but to craft a space that feels like home. A place to return to, to live in fully, and to create lasting memories with loved ones. Inspired by our founders’ own journey of building a better way for their family, we continue to place our clients as the heroes of every build—guiding them from concept to completion with care and clarity.

This year, however, marks a bold new chapter.

For the first time, we’re excited to share that Nic & Wes is expanding beyond Singapore. That’s right—we’re setting our sights on Bali, Indonesia. The Kow family’s deep-rooted connection to the island has even shaped their very own landed home, which incorporates the soul and serenity of Bali into everyday living – A Nic & Wes Lifestyle Home. This home has become a symbol of what we stand for: thoughtful, lifestyle-driven design that turns a house into a sanctuary. Now, as we plant new roots in Bali, we plan to bring that same philosophy into the villas we touch—creating spaces that elevate the holiday experience with thoughtful design, infused with the comforts of home. Likewise, we continue to weave that same sense of lifestyle serenity and aesthetic refinement into the homes we build here in Singapore.

Back in Singapore, we’re also giving our digital home a refresh. Our new website is set to launch this month, with a richer showcase of our past and present works to inspire your own home-building journey.
