I love speaking to young entrepreneurs; Their enthusiasm of pushing forth ideas and making their dreams come true. Where would we be without enterprising individuals carving out a niche space and pushing out new boundaries. I can relate with this and it’s so close to my heart trying to make my aspirations come true when we first started.

My strong belief is that “There is always a better way”. This is a beacon that every entrepreneur would have to content with always and must realize that discomfort is an integral part of the pursuit of comfort.

Back to the question – Yes, it’s absolutely where we want it to be, and the best is yet to come! Nic & Wes is much like the GRAB of the home building industry. We’ve deconstructed and reconstructed the home-build process which more homeowners have come to understand and appreciate.

The Design & Build procurement has gained good momentum and traction. At its core – good Architects, good PEs and good Builders working together around The Homeowners.

21 Tough Years of pushing the procurement of simplifying the Design & Build process, taking the pain out of the home build journey, my belief in the process was my motivation that kept me going. However, sustaining a 21-year-old company isn’t just sheer determination but also keeping firm the pillars of credibility, deliverability and simplicity. It’s just our beginning in the pursuit to making the process an engageable and pleasurable experience. After all, it’s not just a house but a practical, functional and aesthetically beautiful home that is being created.
