May 11 2024 marked our founder, Brian Kow’s first public sharing when he was invited to be part of the keynote line-up for the Property Lim Brothers’ Landed Convention 2024. Held at Shangri-La Island Ballroom, the convention is aimed to bring homeowners and industry experts together to learn and share on all things related to the landed property arena.

Brian was invited to speak about 2024’s Landed Property Insights which was a highly informative segment that touched on lifestyle living, build types and pricing. Coming from the builder’s perspective, Brian believes it is always important to equip homeowners with the information needed to make an informed decision and this was a good platform to do so. The plus factor in his perspective as a builder is the ability to provide realistic figures because we are the most familiar with the pricing and costs involved in a home-build. Being in the industry now for a good 22 years, we have the experience and expertise to share valuable and realistic insights.

Amongst the vendor booths, it was also good to connect with complimentary businesses as well as showing our support for one of our long-term suppliers and family-owned business, Sapphire Windows who specialise in premium windows. With great complimentary businesses working hand-in-hand, we can all work together to give our clients an effective and enjoyable home-build experience.

Overall, being part of the convention this year, was a surreal experience as compared to being a spectator in PLB’s inaugural convention that took place last year. We would also like to thank the PLB team for inviting us and being a lovely team to co-ordinate with as well as all who came down including some of our clients to show your support during Brian’s keynote segment.
