Established in 2002, Nic & Wes Builders take pride in their forte service of conceptualising and building houses from scratch into beautiful personalized homes. Working closely together with our clients, we take ideas that they want and incorporate them into the design of the home.
In 2010, Nic & Wes Builders Pte Ltd was awarded with the Successful Entrepreneur award. What is the Design & Build process?
A one-stop solution to building your dream home, Nic & Wes Builders understands the hassle building a house can be. Here at Nic & Wes Builders we have formulated and simplified the process to point clients in the right direction through this tremulous time.
By being the main contact that with your input, Nic & Wes play the role of overall project manager. We will design and conceptualize your dream home followed by orchestrating the build process including liaising with architects and engineers to make it as smooth of a process as possible before the final handover.
Throughout a build process, the builder plays the most crucial role. Nic & Wes Builders prides itself taking on that role with a significant amount of the works done in-house by our staff. This gives us control over elements of budget and time avoiding any surprises on both ends.

Tired of seeing the same room for the past 10 years? Apart from our design and build services in Singapore, Nic & Wes Builders has recently expanded out to makeover and renovations of homes in Singapore.
Targeted to both landed property homeowners, condominium, apartment as well as HDB flat owners, we can give your home a minor to major revamp ranging from a few weeks to a short couple of months.
