Resort Living channels the essence of tropical retreat within the structure of a compact urban plot. Built upwards for efficiency, the home layers five bedrooms, communal spaces, and lifestyle zones across three storeys—while still feeling light, open, and deeply grounded. Rich natural materials—like dark-stained wood, stone, and water hyacinth—pair with an earth-toned palette to create a sense of warmth and serenity.
At the centre, a soaring double-volume air well with an indoor pond acts as the heart of the home—inviting light, movement, and breathability into the space. Here, resort living isn't an escape—it's the everyday.
