Dear Brian & Jude
Now that we are more or less settled in our NEW HOME and watching the grass in the garden grow, we would like to take a moment to sincerely express our utmost gratitude and appreciation to you and your invaluable team in making our “DREAM HOME” come true.
You made our first building experience an extremely enjoyable one. You literally held our hands and guided us all the way from the first step of purchasing the land, designing the home, choosing materials and even decoration tips. NIC & WES is really a one stop shop.
The whole experience has been very educational, exciting, daunting, challenging at times and mostly rewarding. Your wealth of knowledge regarding every aspect of the home building process, you’re your positive attitude and patience answering our unending questions in complete detail, totally eliminate earlier fears we had from all the horror stories heard associated with building a home.
Your professionalism in addressing and tackling all of our concerns along the way, understanding, accommodating and seeing things from our perspective, making every effort possible to satisfy our need and address issues to our satisfaction, will never go beyond notice.
Most importantly, Brian, you are forever patient, pleasant, considerate and never run out of ideas in solving problems. Your infamous quotes: “GOOD OR BETTER – NICE OR NICER” will be forever etched in our minds.
We have great confidence that should any problems arise, Brian and his team will be ever ready to assist us anytime and resolve it to our satisfaction. Another quote of his is “There is no problem without a solution”.
Like any new home owner, we were anxious about our new house feeling like “home”, but our worries were unfounded as the home was built with quality, care and passion. To top it up Brian is always there to listen and allow us to make the needed changes along the way that personalized the home for us.
A big THANK YOU again for helping us of a manager upbringing to attain our dream of building a home in a wonderful neighborhood, that will allow us to grow in a more wholesome environment.
Now that the building process is over not only have we forged great working relationships, we have also extended our circle of friends.
