As I can only speak English, I was at first worried that I wouldn’t be able to communicate with the project manager as most contractors are Chinese speaking. I was very relieved that I could communicate easily with Askae. I had many questions about various materials and he was very patient and clear in explaining them to me. Better still, he was able to help me communicate to Chinese-speaking suppliers. But the best thing about working with Askae is that nothing was too difficult or inconvenient.

Even though we kept adding to the list of jobs to be done (when the renovations were close to completion), he patiently agreed. I also appreciated the little things he did such as hanging the curtains in our attic or waiting in the house for deliveries even though he didn’t have to.

I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who would like to renovate their home.
