Somehow, intuition then told us that ‘this is the one’, no need to hunt further.  Even though costs to us was the biggest consideration, we felt we would not go wrong engaging Nic & Wes, having seen its past portfolios and your sincerity and assurances in helping us build our dream home within our means / budget.  You had been very accommodating and obliging, even when it comes to payments.

And we will always remember your infamous quote ‘nice, nicer or nicest’ and ‘nothing is impossible’.

Your site engineer Muthu and his team of workers have been such wonderful people to work with, so patient, polite and accommodating to our requests for changes.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team i.e. Jeff the stylo designer, Eileen the Finance & Admin ‘bao-ga-liao’, Muthu the site engineer and his entire gang of workers (Sarmi the painter, Mujama the ‘wood expert’,  Sanjay the Electrical Engr, Babu who had gone back to India for marriage, uncle ‘Fatt’ the tiler, and many others whose names we couldn’t recall).  The workmanship by your workers, especially the tiler, the wood-man, brick-layer, painter and plasterer, is impeccable!

We will not fail to recommend Nic n Wes to our friends and relatives.  And for sure, we will be back to Nic & Wes if we have chance to build another home in future.
