It is my pleasure to write this unsolicited letter of recommendation.
Nic and Wes was the general contractor for a home improvement project on the interior of my HDB Flat in 2014.
While major remodeling is inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, their services as a
general contractor were invaluable, and I am extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically in the following areas:
1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Project manager used subcontractors who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. They were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work product rarely needed refinements.
2. Quality of work was professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of the homeowner’s property and privacy.
Their pride in their work was evident. They tidied up at the end of each workday ensuring site visits were conducive and safe.
3. Project management and coordination was effective and planned. Overseeing details from start to finish. Strong organizational skills and commitment to follow-through are assets which enabled Nic and Wes to juggle the extensive details involved in our project without missing a beat.
4. Working within the agreed budget was a strength of Nic and Wes. Alternative solutions was always offered during escalating renovation cost of unforeseen events. I was pleased with the management of funds during the final phrase of the project.
