First of all we would like commend and praise Askae for his excellent work. It has been a true pleasure working with him, and he remained unflappable throughout the entire complex process, even when we bombarded him with changes and additional requests. He got everything done on time enabling us to move in as scheduled, despite some last-minutes changes we requested. Above all though it is obvious that he and his father truly take pride in their work, and that shows in the results. This is an invaluable quality and rare to find these days. The attention to detail and quality was amazing. Jeff also showed great patience and forbearance in helping us with the design, even to the point of coming over at very short notice on a late Saturday afternoon to the lighting shop when we encountered problems.

Most of the external parties that Askae introduced us to were also pleasant to deal with: Tri-Tech for security and Nathan for landscaping, although we were less impressed with Sam for the curtains, but even that was resolved in the end.

We are very happy with the way everything turned out, from the expanded kitchen to the roof terrace and the house is a joy to live in. While the flooding came as an unpleasant surprise we think you handled it well and it showed the professionalism of the way you run your company. Having said that, we are well and truly done with renovations for the time being and intend to enjoy the house as is!

However, should we need any further work to be done, either here or in the more distant future at our next house, we very much hope we can engage your services once again.
