As the principal contractor providing one-stop service, we must commend you for the smooth coordination and implementation of the entire building programme, especially with the architect and engineers as well as the Government authorities concerned such that building and all related works has progressed well with minimum delay in obtaining approval/clearances etc. Your final effort in successfully applying for TOP with some modification works, is very much appreciated.
We also appreciate your kind reception of our comments, ideas & proposals for changes in the course of the construction so as to ensure that the house when completed, would be one that meets our difficult needs…
